What is your Shipping Policy?
All orders will be shipped within
1 - 2 days. Your items will be shipped via US Postal Service (USPS).
Do you ship over seas?
Yes. Please choose the
International Shipping via USPS PRIORITY Flat Rate from the Phat
Dyes shopping cart page.
What is your Return Policy for
shipped items?
If you have any problems with
anything you buy from Phat Dyes, send it back to
130 Kitty Hawk Dr, Springboro,
Ohio 45066 for a full
refund, exchange, or credit within 14 working days. Please include a
copy of your receipt, a short reason for the exchange, and what
you would like done. If you have decided to cancel your order, or
wish to return your goods to Phat Dyes, we will refund your credit
card once we have the returned merchandise. You will however have to
pay the cost of returning the goods to us.
What is your Return Policy for
downloaded items?
Unfortunately once a video has been downloaded there is no way to
return it. So there are no refunds on video downloads. If you are
having problems with the download, the files, or the player please
contact me at
support@phatdyes.com. You can also request additional downloads
by following the link found in the original email sent to you after
the purchase. I will authorize additional downloads as soon as I get
the email, which is usually within an hour or so. If you can't find
the original email, send me an email using the same email address
used to purchase the videos. I will find your account, and then send
the downloads again.
Washing your new Tie Dye
The Tie Dyes have all been
washed, but I still recommend you wash your new Tie Dye, by it's
self, before you wear it. Sometimes it can take a few washes
for all the dye particles to be completely removed from the cotton.
