What is your Shipping Policy?

All orders will be shipped within 5 days. Usually orders ship next day. All orders will be shipped US Postal Service. The shipping costs have been included in the price of the Tie Dyes, and will take about three days to arrive.

 

What is your Return Policy?

If you are not delighted with your Phat Dye, send it back to 130 E McDaniels Lane, Springboro, Ohio 45066 for a full refund, exchange, or credit within 7 working days. Please include a note with the order number, the reason for the exchange, and what you would like done. If you have decided to cancel your order, or wish to return your goods to Phat Dyes, we will refund your credit card within 30 days of cancellation. You will however have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us.
